16.3.1 In addition to the prescribed rates of pay in point 16, salaries, all employees employed by a security service provider, the instrumentality used by the Victorian government or by a Victorian Ministry of State or the Victorian government for the provision of security services, the following additional payments should not be paid at the basic rates of pay for all Aware needs, i.e. for all hours worked and for all periods of rest paid, for all payments made for the purposes of calculation and/or billing. 20.2.2 All employers associated with this contractual security award become a contracting party to ARF if the administrators of this system accept a request to participate in the ARF duly signed and executed by that employer. 31.3.2 is the result of a declaration of liquidation by the employer, in which case the employee`s right is referred to the AIRC without agreement. 10.3 If an agreement is reached, a request is made to the Commission. Registered contracts apply until they are terminated or replaced. All employees who have security services in the aviation industry in the Tullamarine district, provide to the Qantas Flight Training Centre and Qantas Avalon Airbase, including, but not necessarily, the safety of passengers, goods and/or baggage, including checked baggage screening services for international aircraft, screening functions, monitoring and control of access to certain areas and general security of persons, goods and buildings, will be subject to a deductible of $1.05 per hour for all uses. 15.2.3.6 is required to act as a first response to security incidents/cases. 16A.4.3 (a) When the employer and the worker agree, a weekly worker may be appointed to be in charge of the discharge. A discharge agent receives an additional $23.57 per week for all premium objectives. 28.7.6 A worker who wishes to adopt a child is entitled to unpaid leave to participate in mandatory interviews or examinations required as part of the adoption process.

The worker and the employer should agree on the length of unpaid leave. If there is no agreement, the worker is entitled to two days of unpaid leave. If the worker has paid leave, the employer can ask the worker to take the leave. 15.2.4.7 Recording and/or reporting security incidents or business on a computerized system; and 29.5.4 On an appointment between an employer and an individual worker, the worker may have access, above the limit set at 29.5.3, to an additional amount of his personal leave accumulated for the purposes indicated at 29.5.1. In these circumstances, the employer and the worker agree on the additional amount that can be accessed.
